Comprising superior quality, substantial, solid injection molded plastic components with a simple snap-fit design that allows for easy assembly without the need for glue, this SkyMarks 1/150 Scale Delta Airlines Airbus A321 – with Registration N391DN – measures approximately 11-5/8-inches long with a 9-5/8-inch wingspan and comes complete with a Display Stand. An accurate, true-to-scale reproduction of the actual aircraft, the model is great for collectors and features authentic, highly detailed graphics and markings. As a symbol of its appreciation for its employees and customers, this Delta Airlines Airbus A321 features a very prominent THANK YOU message, which spans across its fuselage and includes all 90,000 of its employee names alongside a second message near the airplane’s nose under the flightdeck asserting that this plane is DEDICATED TO THE WORLD’S BEST EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS. A derivative of the Airbus A320 with a stretched fuselage, the Airbus A321, which went into service in 1994, is a narrow body, short to medium range, twin engine commercial jet that can be configured to typically carry 185 to 236 passengers. To give the Airbus A321 full-transcontinental range with maximum passenger capacity, Airbus began development of the next version of its A321 in 1995, the A321-200, that entered service in 1997 as a larger and heavier aircraft than the earlier A321 with minor structural strengthening modifications, higher thrust engines, and additional fuel tanks.
